About
Providing quality music education since 2000
Cadenza School of Music (CSM), based in Temecula, CA, was founded in May 2000 by then sweethearts, now husband and wife, Sandi and Christine del Rosario.
CSM offers lessons in violin, viola, cello and piano as well as musicianship and music theory with emphasis on ear training and technique. Good habits, healthy technique and a musical conscience are nurtured at a young age to help students become motivated, confident and self-reliant musicians. Students learn music and technique from the Suzuki Method and traditional exercise books/etudes and concert repertoire. Recitals are held quarterly to give students a chance to perform and share their talents with their peers. Senior home play-ins give students additional live audience performance experience while doing community service. More advanced students have the opportunity to join the Cadenza String Orchestra. State of the art recording equipment is available to aspiring artists auditioning for college, camps or competition pre-screening.
Over the years, CSM students have won local, state, and interstate competitions as well as scholarships to colleges and music camps. Our goal at CSM is to provide our students with the necessary tools they need to achieve their musical goals.
